Create a 1 page print ad advertising a product or service of your choice. Make sure to use photos, text and/or graphics. Your ad should include information for the customer to act on if they are interested (ie. phone #, address, website where they can get the product). Make sure to not leave too much white space (use the full page). See Mr. Wood if you have questions.

  1. Take an existing logo and use Fireworks (on computers at school) to modify that logo and create a logo for yourself or if not at school, use powerpoint to create a personal logo. Use shape tools and text tools. See Mr. Wood if you have questions.

  • Marketing / Print Ads - Watch PowerPoint on marketing (in class)
  • ID Logo
  • Create your own print advertisement. You may use Word, PowerPoint or any other software to design your ad. You may advertise anything that is school appropriate including an invention of your own. Include a slogan and logo if time permits. www.tweak.com will allow you to create a free logo and then take a screenshot of it (don't sign up for an account) to include on your print ad. Remember the keys to a successful ad (from watching the PowerPoint). You may complete this assignment next class period.

  • A2 - Because of the 7th grade teaming activity, you didn't have class.
  • A3 & B6 - this was largely a catchup day and you could also work on your PowerPoint Project which is due at the end of the quarter.
